Ingredients
  

Sauce
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 to 3 tbsp water as needed to thin

Equipment

  • 1 Small mixing bowl
  • 1 Whisk or spoon

Method
 

  1. Add the Greek yogurt and seasonings to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until the sauce reaches your preferred texture.
  4. Taste and adjust salt, acid, or seasoning.
  5. Chill for 10 minutes if you want the flavor to settle before serving.
